I really love tomatoes, probably because the reward is so big for so little work.  Once you have the system down on how you grow them in your garden, they require very little attention.  Then, in August and September and sometimes, October you get the payback.  And this year, it was a good payback! Here is a photo of one of my favorite tomatoes that weighed in at just over one pound!  Since I grew mostly roma tomatoes this year, most of them were turned into baked tomato paste.  I froze the paste in ziplock bags and this winter we will enjoy several Italian dishes.  Delish!  Let me know if you have any questions on how I grow tomatoes.  We can compare notes!
