Preparing the peppers and freezing them in small portions is something I am DEFINITELY going to do again. Since the work is done, all I have to do is reach in and get a frozen piece of pepper combos, thaw them out in the microwave and put them immediately in the recipe. In the past, I would have to thaw, remove the seeds,peel, chop and then they were ready for the recipe. I will certainly use them more often now, because of the sheer convenience. Note to self: Do THIS again!
