My Little Composters!

You can see the cute rabbits that we keep in our garden – caged of course. They produce the very best compost for us and because it is a "cold" manure, I can apply it directly to the soil in my garden. No need to allow it to compost. The small pellets of rabbit dung are dry and almost odorless, they are easy to spread around in the garden. If you like to make compost tea, then the manure can be placed in a burlap sack and hung in a 5 gallon bucket to age. After a couple of days, removed the manure and use the tea to water your plants. But one word of warning, water the SOIL around the plants, not the plant leaves!
